(Apprentice Winner & Founder of Bright Ideas Trust)

Tim Campbell is an entrepreneur hailing from the East, he first became known to the British public after being crowned the winner of the hit BBC TV series The Apprentice and going on to become the first Project Director of the Health & Beauty division within Lord Alan Sugar's company, Amstrad PLC. Tim has gone on to found Bright Ideas Trust, a charitable social enterprise which encourages young budding entrepreneurs from disadvantaged backgrounds to start business ventures, Bright Ideas Trust has already generated successful start-ups, from Corporate Organisations, Philanthropists and HNWI and innovative young entrepreneurs alike, not to mention receiving praise from senior MPs across all political parties including our Prime Minister David Cameron. Aside from this Tim is co-author of one of Amazon’s top 10 business books for 2010 ‘What’s Your Bright Idea’ and uses his time to support young people getting apprenticeships and training in his key role as the Mayor of London's Ambassador for training and enterprise.

Panellist: Charlene White (ITV News Presenter)

This highly sought after broadcast journalist, news presenter and producer, has over 10 years industry experience. She currently presents national & regional news programmes for ITV1 and ITV London (respectively) Her career began as a features writer for the New York Post in Manhattan and at the age of 24 she went onto become one of the youngest Senior Broadcast Journalists at the BBC working across both radio & TV. As an incredibly diverse journalist and presenter, Whites' anchored special programmes including a debate on the role of young Muslims in the UK, the July 7th bombings, the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina, and the siege in Beslan. Charlene is also a regular contributor to American online magazines including Parlour, and one of the America’s biggest magazines – Essence .

Panellist: Angie LeMar (Producer/Director/Actor/Comedian)

An all-round UK TV VETRAN , Angie's known as one of Britain’s top personalities. She was the first Black British performer to grace Harlem’s renowned Apollo Theatre and made history in London’s West End with the first ever sell out show by a female black comedian. She’s most recognised from her TV appearances include the groundbreaking BBC ’s The Real McCoy and Channel 4’s Get Up, Stand Up. Her brand new show premieres at The Soho Theatre this October 2011 before it goes on the international Stage, 2012 to New York, LA and Atlanta.

Panellist: O-T Fagbenle (Director/Musician Award Winning Actor)

O-T Fagbenle is an award winning actor, musician & director. Best known for his roles in UK TV series including As If , Grownups , BBC's Material Gir l, SKY 1’s Thorne series and notably the hard hitting biopic 'Walters War' where O-T starred in the title role of Walter Tull (the first 'mixed race or black officer in the British army) He’s also acted alongside Michelle Pfeiffer & Jude Law and most recently starred in the US movie 'Double Wedding' with celebrity twin actress’ Tia & Tamera. O-T was accepted as one of the youngest graduates at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts where he was honoured as one of the 100 faces of RADA along with Clive Owen and Anthony Hopkins . He started his professional theatre career with critically acclaimed performances in many notable productions including the West End Debut of Porgy and Bess the musical. Panellist: Nolan Weekes (Model, Music Producer, Director & Poet)

Nolan Weekes studied Performing Arts in 98' and made his Poetic debut in 2000 as part of the influential '3 plus 1' poetry collective, from which (UK) Neo soul group Floetry (Natalie Stewart & Marsha Ambrosius) also began. Nolan continued to broaden his notoriety through the early to Mid 2000's, by becoming the first black british model to consecutively win 5 major model awards, namely;  The Face of Pride Magazine' The Voice News Paper bachelor of the Year - to name a few.  The budding actor also starred alongside the late and much talented Amy Winehouse in her first hit music video 'Stronger than me'. In 2010 Nolan and his partner Natalie 'The Floacist' Stewart Founded 'Free Sum Music Production llc. This former broadcast journalist began her career as a writer for Pride magazine and broadcast assistant on the Dotun Adebayo & Amina Taylor Show on BBC Radio London 94.9FM . Since then her career has since gone on to span across the creative industries; from advertising, design, publishing and the arts. Working across both non-profit and commercial brands, previous collaborations and clients include; Kofi Annan, Dav id Adjaye OBE, Proenza Schouler, MTV, Virgin Atlantic, Burrogrande Productions and W magazine.
She has nurtured an incredible reputation for facilitating creative business opportunities and regularly attends industry events such as Cannes Lions and D&AD in a facilitation capacity. Current projects include working with the Financial Times, Emmanuel Jal (former Sudanese child soldier, now international hip hop star and anti war activist) and other Africa focused creative projects. Passionate about creativity and innovation, actively promotes self betterment and development through each of her projects.

Uche Chukwu started an IT company at 26, with a client portfolio which went on to include global brands Easygroup and Dowue Egberts. In 2007 he moved his operation to Brazil and continued to expand the business. However the 2008 global credit crunch engulfed his company and investments, and Uche turned this setback into an opportunity to focus on his love for creative expression and writing. After a short stint as Head of Radio at Bang Radio where he transformed its commercial ambitions and implemented a robust social media strategy he went on to create the now successful blog LetsGoDeeper exploring social and cultural issues from his perspective as a thirty something Londoner. In March this year, Uche launched Pappzd magazine to after realising that there is a market for British urban gossip news. The site has already enjoyed in excess of half a million visitors and was recently nominated for Best International Blog at the Los Angeles Black Weblog Awards.

Currently a freelance writer, editor and graphic artist, Lanre’s real passion lies in human development and relationship management, and in addition to providing editorial supervision for magazine titles targeted at men and women, he acts as a mentor to several young adults and teenagers. Together with his wife, he is an active member of an organisation targeted at building successful marriages and mentors younger couples. Happily married himself, he loves nothing more than encouraging people that successful relationships (with self and others) are still very possible in this modern age.
